Why can't I see my template?

I have created a new Template and put a copy in
c:\Program Files\Telelogic\DOORS 9.1\lib\dxl\standard\template and I can't see it from the
Insert->Template pulldown.

It's been 5 years since I used DOORS. Any hints on where to look for answers?

The first line of the Template DXL should be:
// <nameOfTemplate>

OR

You can use an .idx file...
In the DOORS Explorer Help->DXL Reference Manual
Search for DXL Library and Addins menu...
